"Half full or half empty doesn't matter. What matters is, you've only got half a glass...so what are you going to do about it?" - Me
You actually do believe your messages are self proving truisms, don't you?
Nearly every American whines. Whining of unfairness it the American way. And then actually believe that by whining enough other people owe them and know there is really nothing they can do for themselves for all the unfairness against them. That isn't limited to African-Americans, but the vast majority of Americans.
I reference places of spirituality because they tend to disregard race as a topic to think about as a byproduct of focusing on the mind and spirit rather than humanist points of view.
In order to be 'inclusive' or 'pluralistic' of 'diverse', you first have to identify how someone is different from you, and that's the problem. We should instead focus on how we are alike, not different. The very term "racial equality" is racist because it focuses on race and is racially motivated.

I just love people who express their expert opinions about things for which they have no expertise.... I hope you realize that is what gives rise to racism or bigotry: believing things about another people to be true, while having no informed basis for that belief and dismissing the informed opinions/experiences of those the feel discriminated against because those experiences don't fit with your uninformed opinions.
