Should USA lift sanctions and the embargo against North Korea?

To some degree it has been working, better than in Cuba because in Cuba the US was the only one who really had a total embargo against Cuba. Kim Jong-Un is almost totally isolated and that is how I like it to be, with Castro you can deal to some degree, Kim is an insane idiot and much more dangerous IMHO.
