Is he saying he wanted to a white Christian protestant and because of that, we should all strive be part of the dominant white Christian protestant culture? Jeez Ben, if you're so ashamed of your Jewish heritage, just convert and publicly repudiate your Jewish culture. Don't try and get the rest of us to do so because you don't like the fact that you were born a Jew.On a superficial level, it's because the lights and tree and fire are festive. That's innate. Man loves colored lights and fires. When I was a child in Maryland, the Gentiles had festive lights and we Jews didn't. I didn't like that. I saw no reason why the Gentiles should have all the fun and I still don't. Having those lights and a tree -- that's what I always wanted -- to have colored lights and to be a part of the dominant culture
I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality. - MLK
The left side of his face seemed more droopy than usual. Hope he is not stroking out from his excitement at being a Jew with a Christmas tree.
You know the time is right to take control, we gotta take offense against the status quo

I like it, voted yes.
