You know what TW, you got to ask your question, so before I answer yours, It's only fair you answer mine. How many lives you willing to risk to put a grief-stricken and not remorseful father behind bars? Ten Lives? Twenty Lives? How many millions in property damage are you willing to risk in some crusade for of justice? We're currently sitting on a powder keg right now, and all you seem to want to do is throw a match in and let the whole thing blow.

I am willing to enforce the law and not to appease rioters, looters or arsonists. Why have a federal DOJ that investigates civil rights violations if it is not a civil rights violation to incite riots or call for dead or alive bounties? Calling for cross burnings = crime, calling for store burnings = okey dokey.

You still didn't answer my question TW, so let me asking it agian, how many lives are you willing to sacrifice at the altar of justice so you could put a grief-stricken parent behind bars?

Oh I could see that going well. Sue some guy who's probably on minimum wage a long with a random internet activist. I'm sure they'll recoup their losses...

Al Sharpton is on minimum wage?

As many as it takes. BTW, how many lives were lost by not having done so?

I think the video that has been released of Head telling others he is going to start a riot, then to have another video with him standing up on a platform chanting "Burn this Bitch Down", clearly shows purposeful incitement and not just a grief stricken step-father.

None. There were no lives lost from not arresting Brown's father. The riots are already over, period. And had police tried to go into the crowd to get him? Or we'd have more casualties than the one I know of. But regardless, so you're comfortable with 30 deaths? 40 deaths? That's what the Watts riots led to, and that was in one city, this would be nationwide. I'm not willing to burn the country down to put in jail a man who regrets what he said and who said it in a moment of anger.

I guess the better question is why do you think it would be worth it to arrest him now? I mean if things were still going very bad, then you'd have more of a point. But your not helping ANYONE by arresting him at this point. You must realize this.

Who's head? And regardless, he didn't participate in the riot did he? Unless you have proof, all you have is conjecture.

No, Brown's father. I thought the discussion was talking about suing Brown's Father. Sharpton, (as much as I really despise him) hasn't been calling for rioting, but telling people to peaceful protest.
