I support the bundy ranch protests because we shouldnt punish American citizens for breaking the law if they have gotten away with it for a number of years much the same way illegal immigrants have done. What we need is a conversation, a fundamental change that helps the citizen, and the illegal to be pardoned or given amnesty from our laws.

Interstate highways were shut down in protests of the ferguson incident as well.

There were also actual shots fired, not just rifles being pointed, in the ferguson instance.

Both protests had elements of it that were absolutely bad and worthy of condemnation. But I don't think it's unreasonable to suggest that arson, robbery, and actual gunfire is "worse" than pointing a rifle at someone, while acknowledging both are bad.

Protests and riots are two different things. The Bundy Ranch folks were more similar to the rioters than the protestors.
