Do you have a better word to describe a man who with out any reasonable doubt committed a violent crime?

If there's no reasonable doubt that man should be a convicted felon after a fair trial. He shouldn't be shot full of holes and left lying in the street like a dead dog.

So, no I didnt.

No I wont.

I do?
By simply beleiving a man who ran away after an assault with his hands in the air desreves to be killed? Sorry, I dont believe he deserved to be shot 6 times and also believe that the man killed deserves to have a trial. If that makes me a person "who has the habit of defending folks who get themselves killed", then I will proudly wear that badge.

Several eye witnesses, crime scene evidence and the grand jury found that Brown was not running away with his hands in the air. What they found was Brown was charging Wilson when Wilson delivered the fatal shot. Forensic evidence showed that Brown was not shot in the back.

If you want to wear a badge, make sure it says you don't have your facts straight.

I'm stunned that so few people are actually familiar with the evidence, every scrap of which has been made public. The evidence, autopsies, and statements from several people who did not get on national tv and claim that Brown had his hands up after having been shot in the back... all proved to be untrue... the real, actual evidence proves that everything the officer said in his statement has been corroborated: Brown did indeed have parts of his body inside the police car, two shots were indeed fired from within the police car, Brown's blood inside the police car was exactly where it would have been if there was a struggle over the gun, and gunshot residue on Brown's thumb proved he was in contact with the gun when it was fired; evidence then proved, through the blood trail in the street, that Brown ran from the car for a short distance, then turned around and moved back until he was within 10 feet of the officer when the final shot was fired.

Holy hell, doesn't anyone in Ferguson give a damn about, you know, what really happened?? I weep for our species.

I wish I could give this post multiple likes.

you are confusing punishment with self defense.

Nope but racists will use it as a defense and instead of using the "n word" hide behind by saying "he was a thug".

See, there is the matter at hand that objectively, he WAS a thug.

The thug, Mr. Brown and a fellow criminal were initally stopped for being high and walking down the middle of the street.

Only when Mr. Brown started beating the officer, calling him a Pu**y ,and trying to reach for his gun to kill him---did he most rightfully get killed.

and by the killing, Officer Wilson probably saved the taxpayers a few hundred K of costs down the road

Oh HE does...without a doubt. He would prefer "victim of white society" but 'victim' for short works just as well.

He should for attacking another person, especially a cop.

Dats racist!!!!!!!

Officer Wilson filled him full of holes for the cigar robbery and jaywalking while Black.

My guess is that Michael Brown won't make those mistakes again.

Even after the release of all of the evidence, 3 autopsy findings including ones conducted by the fed AND the Brown family's privately paid coroner, and with several eyewitness' grand jury testimony (witnesses which happen to be black) which ALL of which supported the Officer's actions, you would STILL cling to that foolishness?

Very telling.

You didn't pay attention to the Prosecutor's Hour long speech on the matter when revealing the Grand Jury decision at all did you?

You know, it is beneficial to listen to officers of the court in order to gain an understanding of the accepted evidence and information used in making the determination that was made.

Stop going with the same old "Hands up!" narrative that has been proven false over and over again.

Not with all the damage the tax payers will get stuck with.

yeah its too bad that thugs cannot be forced to pay for all the crap they caused.

No, he's a thug because he's criminal, a bully and a generally violent person. Being black being part of the problem only occurs to liberals and those who would blindly defend the criminal. All the protestors want the officer to pay, yet the real problem was the fact that this THUG decided that it was OK to attack the officer. THAT'S the issue that needs to be fixed. We need to stop excusing the crap that these THUGS do and start demanding that they be held accountable. We need to stop excusing the criminals and start demanding that THEY face justice.

Dats racist!!!!!!!

Yes, Michael Brown must have accounted for his anti-White racisim in the big civil rights court in the heavens.----I doubt the outcome went any better there than his last moments on earth.

especially when he is black...

Black, white, yellow, I'm fairly certain the average cigar robbery is not going to cost a person their life.

However, I'm also fairly certain wailing on a cops face is going to significantly enhance a persons chances of reaching room temperature in a relatively short period of time.

Racism!!

This is what happens when people have no concept of what transpired. We get polls like this.

Brown did not die because of cigar robbery, nor did he die because of committing assault against the guy in the store. Brown died because he engaged a police officer in a manner like he wanted to fight, he tried to reach for an officers gun, and ultimately he charged that same officer ignoring commands to stop. That is what got him killed, not some robbery.

Was this thread about Brown? Up to this point, post 12, I didn't know.
