You think OJ was innocent, too?
I don't see why it should be surprising to you that a woman would have such an opinion. Women are just as capable of lying and deceiving as anyone else. Considering the industry, its a known fact that women are quite willing to sleep with people who have clout in the business to get an acting role to further their career. If this were another industry where the CEO of Widget Inc. had women accusing him of raping them it would be less doubtful. I also find it troubling that a woman would wait decades before making accusations of a rape taking Cosby to court years later and it was settled out of court because money made the woman drop the lawsuit. Tell me, if you had been raped, would you wait several years to make the claim and then all of a sudden a dollar figure would make it all better? And out of all these victims, not one went to the authorities to report it when it happened? Really? I also find it odd that right before his new sitcom was to roll out, some unknown journalist decided to interview the alleged victims for a salacious story. Was this another wanna be trying to make a name for himself? Sorry but there are too many things that make this a bit fishy in my opinion and I am not about to claim the man is guilty of what he has been accused on hearsay.

I find the timing of this suspicious, especially considering political motives that some may have against him. Woman waits 30 years, really?

I speak my mind. If it offends some people, well, there's not much I can do about that. But I'm going to be honest. I'm going to continue to speak my mind, and that's who I am.

    I don't know about that.

It might not be the headline story on CNN for a month straight but rape cases get plenty of press, even if it's just in the local area.

This isn't a court of law here? It's a simple question about something in the news.
Commenting just to say "I won't comment" is pretty lame.

That would be 'presumption of innocence', but I'll not comment on that.

This is going to be an ugly thing to watch, no matter how it ends up.

Re: Bill Cosby - Rapist, or Victim ???

My question awaits an answer: What is the average amount of rape allegations for a rich person or celebrity? Cosby has 14 allegations. Is that above or below average?

I have no idea what the answer might be, but I do have a counter-question.

Why is that an important bit of data?

Whatever the average is, each one needs to be examined and a determination made whether it has merit or not, and prosecution pursued if necessary
