i'll be voting after work today.
Yep, just got back from the polling place and am wearing my "I voted" sticker

Done at lunch, straight Republican ticket, retain all judges, no on med pot, no to half penny school tax.
*sigh* I'll head out in a few minutes.
Not gonna lie though. Voting seems rather futile to me the last couple elections. But it's 2 blocks away. And this will be my last one, in all likelihood. There's no excuse. Off I go.
I haven't been to a polling place in years, I am on permanent absentee status, I can take my time, send it in when I want and never have to worry about standing in line.
Just voted! I have a nice suburban polling place and a line is never a serious issue. I personally enjoy going to the polling booth and doing it in person. I like to be wooed by the people handing out flyers too =P it somehow feels so classically American.
Nothing particularly tight or interesting in my state or district, but I woke up early to vote before work to make sure I cancel out at least one person's improper vote on here.
