I have no political party. And what do you mean, "die hard"? And what are you talking about ultra?

It's sad that for your vote to "count" you feel that you have to te for the status quo. If enough of us said "no more" they'd have to listen for a change. I guess if you're good with how it is, go for it.

were you not touting the libertarian party in post 185? You sure sounded Diehard to me, and Ultra is the term used to describe the far right, and the far left

Do you realize the small pecentage of elgibles who vote now? that just makes it easier for them to win. I agree that if the desentors would all vote "none of he above" you plan might work, but "pigs don't fly" either

It's just an example. The independents could vote for the Green or the Constitutional Parties! I'm neither a partisan left or right.

cannot vote (not American) but will follow the whole election with enormous attention.
Former military man (and now babysitter of Donald Trump) John Kelly, is a big loud lying empty barrel!

See, this is the typical response. Because I may have agreed with the Libertarians on something, namely foreign policy, I must be a Libertarian. I agree with sound policy, wherever it might come from. Most Libertarian domestic policy disturbs me. I typically lean with liberals on most social issues. I also lean towards the conservative right on fiscal matters, though to be clear, it's their stated fiscal positions, not their practiced fiscal positions, which in the end are little different from the liberal democrats. I have an interest, perhaps concern even, for global warming and specific environmental issues. I live in a solar powered house, catch my water from the rain in cisterns, grow some of my own food, raise cows and build ponds on my land, so the Green Party has some appeal to me. And then theirs the Constitutional Party, something sound about that! You cannot pigeon hole me, because I am no partisan, have no loyalty to any party. But give a third Party a chance, and they do a good job, I may become a party to them.

True, but you get the government you vote for. I usually get the government I don't vote for, but at least I fought with the one weapon I have at my disposal.

good for you, I am in the same boat,,--mostly, I want to see a third party but it needs to be one that can win, otherwise the best i Can do is vote for the better person. not just wait for a third party.
