Should the FCC ban usage of the word 'Redskins' in broadcasts?

And yet only those who want to change name have ever heard the alleged derogatory use.

Every time I have heard the word used to refer to native Americans it was used derogatorilly. I have heard it used by cowboys in old cowboy movies and I have heard it used on-line by bigots.

Okay, so the FCC doesn't like "Redskins." They may have a point there. There is probably not one redskin on the team. So how about something more descriptive--The Washington Blackskins.
