Slaughtering religious and ethnic minorities, children and non-combatants en masse?

Once again, your word, no links.

And, if true how is that worse than AL Qaeda still operating in Afghanistan?

How is this terror now more important than the Russian terror camped on Ukraine's border? You think Russians don't bayonet babies?

And isn't the"War on Terror" the slaughtering of religious and ethnic minorities? I mean, with what have they been sentenced to death by a CIA notorious for missing the obvious: the fall of the Berlin Wall, the USSR, the rise of China, Arab Spring, Libya, Iraq, Iran, and Iraq again.

Please supply something other than rhetoric and Official White House Policy as reason for another war in Iraq, especially after the last one where the world was assured by General Powell that Iraq was awash with WMD's and about to nuke everyone

Until I get that, I cannot help but see this an another WMD Iraq caper. It's not like the US has a good track record there, Berlin Wall, Iranian hostage taking, Arab Spring, WMD's, Putin's resolve in Ukraine.....
I understand your hesitancy but how is this really like Iraq? There has been no recent 9/11, we already had Iraq and could have gone back in. Assad isn't going anywhere, so its not to boot him.

All thats changed is Obama left a playground for the terrorists and now has to clean it up. And agreed-in no case is there a good track record.

So, the guy that left the mess is entrusted with cleaning it up?

All of that, no 911 etc. are all reasons to stay out. This is not about terrorism, but terrorist images are being used to "sell" the war.

The guy who needs to clean it up is POTUS. We did this, we need to clean it up.

You can guarantee it WILL get cleaned up?

And what does "cleaned up" look like? No military factions in Iraq?

No guarantees ever, welcome to the world. Cleaned up means no terrorist state, and no people who behead children and commit genocide against entire kurdish groups as a start.

Think more like Iraq before Obama lost the peace.
