The corporate controlled media is milking this incident, of course for their own profit. Objective reporting is one thing but Op-Ed's containing pure conjecture and hypothesis, in measured portions as to keep whatever readership/viewership they have, less fixated on the facts, but more obsessed with the presumptions surrounding it.
The problem is not just in Ferguson but with the entire media apparatus in general. I think Seymour Hersh mentioned it in a article he wrote some time ago lamenting that most journalists these days are just after the money- they have put their integrity aside for the sake of sensationalism and their own personal agendas.
The press almost invariably fails to objectively cover things. And the chance of them doing so drops the bigger the story.
