You're right, there are so many factors and looking at size does not always tell the whole story. I have a friend who's a 2-4 and looks very fit. I also have a friend who's a size 12 who also has a rockin' fit body. Natural body type is all about genetics.
No men are anywhere, and Im allowed to go in, because Im the owner of the pageant and therefore Im inspecting it, Trump said... Is everyone OK? You know, theyre standing there with no clothes. Is everybody OK? And you see these incredible looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that.

Would you care if the channels your children deliberately watched started broadcasting adult material?

If their teacher was stepping out line and discussing topics too mature for them?

    Anything?

Or do you seriously simply not give rat's ass about what children are exposed too at all?

at some level there has to be some concern. Because there is no denying, not matter how "Independent" your children are that they will be effected by external influences from the world around them. To think otherwise, that your child is above the fray, is normal - but typical naivety of parents.
Actually no, we are not too concerned about what our children are exposed to. "Why is that?" you ask. Its simple. Our children are supervised and around adults of the family almost all the time and are rarely by themselves. So this means that the context of any exposure to sensitive subjects can be controlled or at least explained. That is key. The other thing is the younger children ie those under 12 do not get on the computer or watch TV for long periods or unsupervised. Children while they may be impressionable by others are far more impressed by their parents especially if the parents are involved actively.

    Hell no.

Fat jokes have always been the way of the world here. Even with the fat activists who are deluding in thinking obesity isn't a health risk, the nation doesn't glamorizes it here. There are some that try, they try and fail.
