I sure hope so. Finally, all those terrible counterfeits I made would be useful!

Really, she isn't? But back to the discussion.
It was sarcasm. We should leave the money as is, but if ever anyone feels the need to change our currency, they are perhaps doing so for the wrong reasons, and nationality will be the least of the problem

I think the idea is worth exploring and I was wondering who would be best suited for the position. Of all the names I've seen tossed out Sally Ride, Susan B. Anthony is best suited because of her broad and enduring impact on American history and because she better fits chronologically with our current choices.

I put up the options I'd read tossed around the most with one or two of my own choosing but feel free to add in your own. I also recognize that this would force the displacement of someone else from our currency and if I had to pick I don't think I'd be too sorry to see Jackson go.

None. This is just an excuse to pander to women. We have had no female Presidents, there should be no females on any US currency.

Isn't this kind of the antithesis of "feminism"?

I think I had them mixed up. >_< I was definitely thinking of Harriet Tubman and her numerous trips to rescue other slaves.

$ 1 bill George Washington now and forever
$ 5 bill Abraham Lincoln now and forever

if you are going to change any bills, it should NEVER be those two

Hamilton on the ten? I always thought maybe FDR belonged on a bill....i know a lot of people didnt like his politics....me included.....but he is better than what is on there now

not sold on any of the people on the bills above the five

if we do decide to change, i do think it should be by popular vote though...not by congressional mandate, or a presidential order

Abigail Adams, Susan B. Anthony, and Eleanor Roosevelt are most suitable.
