What Women Would You Put On The Dollar?

Who would you place on a dollar?

ATTENTION: Just to clarify this is not about replacing Washington on the dollar bill. It is about putting a women on any piece of our paper currency, the 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, etc. I suggested replacing Jackson perhaps.
Ah.

Well so long as you take the 1 dollar out of the running I might be interested in the idea.

Perhaps the 2$?

Kim Kardashian.... seems to be great symbol of American greed.... happy to whore for fame and fortune.

Other, all the dollars have pictures already, and paper currency is headed out, thus there is no need for any more. Perhaps the question should be "Who would you remove to make way for a woman?" Grant maybe?

I would remove Andrew Jackson and replace him with Eleanor Roosevelt.

J. Edgar Hoover

Monica Lewinsky.

When he said "woman on a Bill," I don't think that was what he had in mind.

Good one.

Btw...

I voted that no woman should be on the dollar, only because IMO no woman is worthy...yet. Ask me again after we have a female POTUS or VP.

... I don't understand this line of reasoning. How is being POTUS/VP more important than being quintessential in ensuring women have the same rights as everyone else? Wait... how are they not more revered than the men who didn't think women should have rights? Remember... all men are created equal... ;) not "all citizens" or "every person". Women were an afterthought of the FFs.

Until a woman becomes president and is worthy of respect for the job she did no woman should be put on a dollar.

Being President is not the only way a person can distinguish themselves.

Monica Lewinski

A great choice that no one has mentioned: Grace Hopper

Ayn Rand, Mary Ruwart, Carla Howell, or Nancy Lord.

There is no reason to make any new bills, nor change current people on the bills.

Doing so just to put a woman on there would be an obvious PC move.

There isn't any reason to change the dollar just to put a woman on it. We already have women on other denominations.
