Oh goody I get to use the line...I don't think Irony means what you think it does...not that OP's was any better.

What ironic or incongruent in making changes...even to the best of laws? Furthermore, what's funny about it?

So your position is that any President can really ignore and, in effect, repeal any Law if they alter the right parts - or, hey, maybe they can just write some new stuff from scratch.

I get it just fine. When a President authorizes warrantless wiretapping via EO, it's patriotic. Anything a Democrat does, is a High Crime.

It's ironic that those who championed the bill, those who told Americans the bill had to be passed before reading it, it was so good, those who claimed once passed, the American public would come to love the contents and impact of the bill on Americans' lives, are the same people who are doing everything in their power to delay the full impact of the bill on Americans and American businesses.

Bush basically line item vetoed with signing statements and ignored the Bill of Rights with EO.

Did Obama repeal a law? Be honest.

He delayed the implementation. This may be the pettiest thing the GOP has done so far. And that is saying a lot.

You mean like "impeach Obama" gets from the left? That kind of hyperbole?

Actually it only allows for individual hardships and the way its phrased individual employers. It does not allow for delaying implementation of the whole thing.

Actually, it's the right that drools when they see/hear "impeach Obama".

    Nice fail though.
