It looks like you find yourself in that whole unfortunate gotta-defend-him trap.
If you didn't like warrantless wiretaps why are you defending breaking this Law in order to postpone the damage it would cause?
You must know that's not how it's supposed to work.

    Nice fail though.
Which explains perfectly why the left and the WH trot it out at perceived politically opportune times - like before an election that promises to be a spanking of sorts for the left.

Did Obama repeal a law? Be honest.
He delayed the implementation. This may be the pettiest thing the GOP has done so far. And that is saying a lot.

Obama did what he did so that he wouldn't be in a position to have to explain why he wasn't signing a repeal.

The Law had a firm date in it and he changed the Law.
Constitutionally, he's not allowed to do that.
    That simple.
Now he's saying he can do any damn thing he wants as long as it helps people.

What's good for the goose, is good for the gander. I'm pointing out the previously set precedent. These EOs have been used forever. This current one is nowhere close to the most egregious. I see the law suit as a political stunt.

Where in the Constitution does it say he can't use executive orders?

    not quite

they are demanding he actually follow the law

the law being the aca that was passed

congress passes laws....and the executive branch approves said laws, and then executes them

the president has two options when a law hits his desk.....sign it or veto it

if he signs it, then he is "supposed" to abide by it....

can you not see this distinction?

I think so too. I prefer that Obama complete his second term.
