Any office. Misdemeanor and/or felony. The question presumes said convicted criminals have completed their sentence.

Yes, if their constituents duly elected them.

I've also made an about-face on convicts voting. I see nothing in The Constitution saying a former convict loses their civil rights for life.
 
simple it depends on what it was...anything to do with money no.....anything to do what contracts.....no
