Abortion I consider immoral, yet I would not ban it. The only other one I find immoral is medical testing on animals, again, I would not ban it, because the alternative is testing on people, which is even more immoral.

The rest have no inherent harm, and I do not find them immoral.

Depends on the human. Maybe we can strike a compromise here. Commute all death sentences to life as a medical research subject. See? No more death penalty and no more animal testing.

To be fair, the death penalty is not about ending a persons life,
but about the absolute irrevocable removal of all civil rights.
The person has demonstrated that they have neither the desire or the ability,
to follow the rules of our society, and so are being permanently removed from society.
I don't think we should force anyone into medical testing, but we could let them volunteer.

Re: Which of these do you find immoral?

My moral code, of which I have not lived perfectly, is derived from The Bible. Of core of the instructions on morality comes from the 10 commandments. Half of the 10 commandments, the first half I'll add, have nothing to do with casing harm to other human beings except possibly number 5. The first of the 10 commandments are sins against God, not people. However, upon more thourough study you can see they're actually things that harms us, but something not always apparent to everyone. To be honest, all 10 are ultimately things that harm us but again, most people will probably see them all as a moralizing kill-joy rules.

I mentioned I have not perfectly lived out the 10 commandments myself but before I get labeled a hypocrite let me say this. I think there's a difference between saying beating your parents is such an evil deed it deserves the death penalty, although both parents and God himself are too merciful to give people what they deserve so quit it and saying the death penalty is cruelty so everybody just beat the crap out of your parents is you feel a strong untion to do so. In other words, there's a difference between being imperfect but being contrite about it and rewriting what wrong are right are so you can give yourself a free license to do wrong without contrition.

Just so you know, in the poll options there is a box that allows people to pick multiple choices. For a poll like this that would be a good option, as some may feel more than one fit them.
If you claim sexual harassment to be wrong, yet you defend anyone on your side for any reason,
then you are a hypocrite and everything you say on the matter is just babble.

Death Penalty- State funded murder is immoral.
Doctor-Assisted Suicide- More immoral to ban it than it is itself.
Polygamy- Depends on the individual relationship. A polygamous relationship is not inherently immoral, but the average one often subjugates women.
    Pornography- Amoral.
    Homosexuality- Amoral.
Gambling- The practice of gambling itself is not immoral, but taking advantage of gambling addictions for profit can be immoral. It still should be legal though.
Suicide- Very sad, but someone is not immoral for attempting it.
Medical Testing on Animals- Depends on the conditions the animal is in. Unless it's for a life saving medicine, it is usually immoral.
    Cloning Humans- Immoral.
    Divorce- Amoral.
    Sex before Marriage- Amoral.
    Birth Control- Amoral.
Embryonic Stem Cell Research- Moral if it is for genuine medical research. Amoral otherwise.
Wearing Clothes with Animal Fur- Wearing it is not immoral, even though it is distasteful, but producing it is.
Cloning Animals- Eh, amoral I suppose, but I'm not 100% sure.
Cloning Organs- Moral if used for life saving purposes.
    Gun Ownership- Amoral.
Drug Use- Amoral, although exposing people to second hand smoke can be immoral, especially if it's children who are exposed to it.
Prostitution- Provided everyone in the transaction is there willingly, amoral.
Homophobia- Immoral, but I'm not a fan of banning "hate speech."
    Racism- See homophobia.
    Violent Movies/Video Games- Amoral.
I like most of your answers, but have a side question... For the purposes of these topics, isn't "amoral" technically moral? I'm thinking if something is not immoral, then it has to be moral by definition.

It would be easier to tick the ones that aren't immoral.

I don't really think so, because "moral," is something that you should do. If someone is going to buy a gun, I don't think it's wrong, but I don't think it's necessary or should be recommended, and it's really within the "it's none of business, do whatever you want," category. That differs from using stem cell research to find a cure for a disease, which should be done, and therefore is moral.

Sorry, I realized that after I posted the poll.
Social democrat is no longer an accurate description of my views.
