    No

Watching bits and pieces of various MSNBC shows after the Hobby Lobby ruling the rabid leftists on MSNBC seem to be claiming or implying that a woman's 'right' to contraceptives is being violated because an employer is not being forced to pay for birth control due to religious beliefs of that employer.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

Is there a right wing dumb analogy generator somewhere. Hobby Lobby wasn't being asked to buy birth control, but that it be included in the heath insurance they provide.

BC to me is right along a boob job. You either live without it or you pay your own way. And I am very serious. It is not essential like heart meds or insulin.

No one has a right to contraceptives. They do have a right to a gun. But you have to provide for it yourself. No one has to sell anyone anything.

    That's the same thing.

I would support a constitutional amendment guaranteeing every woman a boob job.

When the government passes a law, entering into the marketplace demanding that employers of a certain number of employees must fund or subsidize the purchase of a gun for all employees, even those who have no use for a gun and would never want to purchase one, then you would still not have a violation of a constitutional right to own a gun if an employer refused to do so because only you, as a citizen, can exercise an individual constitutional right and only you, as a citizen, are responsible for your taking advantage of that constitutional right.

This left wing group speak that seems to blubber about government supplying rights is the direct result of decades of left wing nonsense about demanding the government satisfy a citizen's every need and desire. It is a major plank of the left wing dependency state.

Because the Supreme court ruled on provisons of the ACA does not make ACA, healthcare, or contraceptives constitutional rights.

    NO.

Your employer can ban you from bringing, selling, or using your firearm[s] at work.
