NO VOTE
I'll not participate is such silly foolishness . You conservatives will have to try again at election time ..and fail again, I hope.

Yep, the country is much better off with a Liberal Progressive running it ! 1

Oh, wait, no, no its not.

Things suck right now.

Re: Impeach Obama?

Possibly our most corrupted President in U.S. history. Or, one of them, at least. Andrew Jackson was pretty bad too.

Should we impeach Barack Obama?

If you do vote yes, be sure to reply and also send me a message. I have a plan to impeach him and save America.
Just hyperbole.

arlier I wrote, "Impeachment is a political solution to a political problem. He has been unanimously rebuked by the supreme court 13 times. He is a criminal of the worst sort. He is destroying the nation. I do not believe we can recover from the damage he has done."

We have already determined that you are a defeatist who is unwilling to do the hard right thing.

What part of the above do you believe is my opinion?

1)Impeachment is a political solution to a political problem. It could be this. If so I am in very good company as this is how the Framers saw it.

2)He has been unanimously rebuked by the supreme court 13 times. This is fact.

3)He is a criminal of the worst sort. This is also fact. See number 2.

4) He is destroying the nation. This is my opinion. Examine yourself. Do you believe the US is a better country today than before the Marxist was voted into office by the low information voters and his fellow travelers?

5)I do not believe we can recover from the damage he has done. This is my opinion. Do you doubt its truth? How will we reverse course? He is forcibly changing the electorate. He is bankrupting communities. He is bankrupting the nation. I believe he is an evil man. I wish he would die so the nation might yet live. In this I am reminded of the sudden death of one of Chinggis Khan's sons. Ogedei khan's death saved Europe. One can only hope...

Again these are your opinions,
Which, do you believe, are my opinions?
unless you can prove such in a court of law,
Impeachments do not take place in a court. Impeachments take place in the House of Representatives. Are you unaware of this?

call it in a court of public opinion impeachment is dead.
Leaders make the case. Defeatists claim the case cannot be made. You are a defeatist. I told you I already understand that doing the hard right thing is not for you.

Perhaps I should say getting a conviction in the senate is dead.
That may be so but should that be a reason for the House members to be derelict in their duty? Do they take an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies if the Senate promises to as well? Have you no honor?

Perhaps you may be able to persuade the House Republicans to vote on a list of articles for impeachment.
It is not up to me to persuade the members of the House to fulfill the oaths they freely gave.
But what have you accomplished, the house is like a grand jury, they have returned an indictment to go to trail.
If the House impeaches the president for his high crimes and misdemeanors I will have an impeached president. I see you finally took the time to do a little bit of readying about impeachments. It is about time.

The trail takes place, the president is found not guilty by probably a party line vote 55-45 and the majority of Americans will be looking at the Republicans as the architects of another Salem witch hunt. Obama will end up much stronger and popular than he was before these shenanigans took place.

If being a realist is in your words being a defeatist, so be it.
You should have simply said that you are not honorable nor do you expect public servants to be.

Re: Impeach Obama?

Conservatives believe in who should NOT be running the USA--liberals/progress--ives--not who should be.
Their Rove/Nixonian beliefs are based on driving up negatives, as we see with the polls.

Conservatives hate each as much as they hate us, as we continue to see in their primaries.
This GOP civil war continues to gridlock the Nation.
Priebus has deftly run a stealth campaign at the TEAs, overwhelming them with campaign funds .
Neither Nixon nor Rove is a Conservative.

And we shall remember and punish the establishment Republicans where we can.

Remember Mississippi!

Still repeating the same lies? GOP leader: Supreme Court has ruled 13 times that Obama exceeded his constitutional authority | PolitiFact

For starters, in eight of the cases, the alleged overreach occurred under President George W. Bush, as did the court cases that challenged the administration (United States vs. Jones, Sackett vs. EPA, Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church & School vs. EEOC, Gabelli vs. SEC, Arkansas Fish & Game Commission v. United States, PPL Corp. vs. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Horne vs. USDA, and Bond vs. United States). Bush’s Justice Department handled the initial court proceedings in most instances.

That is twice your "fact" has been disproven in just this one thread. How many times are you going to keep repeating it?

Re: Impeach Obama?

Impeach Obama now and republicons lose the house in November... Sounds pretty good to me.
Proceed Governor...

Negative on the SCOTUS rebuking President Obama 13 times. 8 of the 13 cases occurred under Bush. The rest are so so at best except the NLRB ruling which the president was in the wrong.

Even the NLRB case was not so clear cut as so many want to think, and in two of the three areas argued, Obama actually won. Course he needed 3 of 3 to have it upheld, but there is a reason why there where 2 opinions issued on that case, and his wins in the case where not insignificant.

Wrong. Citing a Georgetown professor is not adequate for me. The Obama administration, Obama, argued the cases for executive branch over reach and lost.

You continue to lack honor. I told you I already got that. There is no need to continue to reinforce it day after day.

I do not understand why so many here are so eager to root for this tyranny. So why do you?

Re: Impeach Obama?

It has not been disproven, despite your post. So I will continue thank you.

Your denial of real facts, while amusing, is not going to work.

United States v. Jones (2012) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - case from 2005

In 2005 defendant Antoine Jones was suspected of drug trafficking. Police investigators asked for and received a warrant to attach a GPS tracking device to the underside of the defendant's car but then exceeded the warrant's scope in both geography and length of time. The Supreme Court justices voted unanimously that this was a "search" under the Fourth Amendment, although they were split 5-4 as to the fundamental reasons behind that conclusion. The majority held that by physically installing the GPS device on the defendants car, the police had committed a trespass against Jones' "personal effects" – this trespass, in an attempt to obtain information, constituted a search per se.

Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - case from 2008

Case dismissed, 2008 WL 3286801 (D. Idaho Aug. 7, 2008); affirmed, 622 F.3d 1139 (9th Cir. 2010); certiorari granted, 564 U.S. ___ (2011)

Do I need to go on?

I am not rooting for tyranny. Why do you keep rooting for dishonesty?

Sigh. You consistently root for tyranny. You do support the occupier in the White House. You believe that the Executive Branch's unconstitutional actions are victories.

Do you believe you will escape what is happening?

Who gives a **** if "Citing a Georgetown professor is not adequate for me ".IF its the truth live with it.:2wave:

This makes no sense. Perhaps you should try again. P lacks honor because she believes that our public officials should only do the right thing only if it is expedient or unanimous action is guaranteed.

Did you read the analysis? It is an opinion. That does not make it truth. It is a liberal spin. One can go many places to find liberal spin.

That is not what he said. He referenced facts, and your only comeback was to insult him. How very honorable of you...

Re: Impeach Obama?

He's screwed up, but he hasn't screwed up as much as the last guy, and he wasn't impeached. So, I vote no.

Why do you keep rooting for dishonesty? All I am doing is putting forth actual facts instead of high rhetoric, low honesty talking points.
