Regardless of if they grow up to be Democrat or Republican, it's wrong to kill them via abortion. A lack or abundance of birth control doesn't make abortion any less of a barbaric intrusion of human rights.

    That's a very loaded statement.

    Nobody's arguing to "kill" anybody..

Except, of course, the pro-abortion lobby and its supporters

I support the criminalization of abortion and a constitutional amendment to protect the right to life of the unborn. I would argue that, on moral grounds, protecting the right to life of the innocent is a greater obligation than the protection of virtually any other right for any other citizen. However, there is no need to strain a gnat just to swallow a camel.

Pragmatism may add emphasis to politics here. The fact is that another fifty million of Generation Y'ers and Millennials would simply increase the rate at which the culture war is being lost in this country by traditionalists. We would have millions more clamoring for big government, draining the federal coffers at an even greater rate and accelerating our descent into the economic and intellectual abyss of socialism. We would feature that many more undisciplined, uneducated, immoderate heathens demanding their seat at the table that the America we once knew would vanish quicker than it already is.

Given that the kinds of people most likely to have abortions are exactly the kinds of people America really shouldn't want being responsible for the raising of children, as much of a crime against humanity as abortion is, perhaps God has allowed this to take place in order to spare these millions of innocents the tragedy of being brought up in a godless society on the fast track to hell? As much as they deserve the chance to live on this earth, perhaps they've lucked out by avoiding it while under government of the ungodly?

    What?
If you claim sexual harassment to be wrong, yet you defend anyone on your side for any reason,
then you are a hypocrite and everything you say on the matter is just babble.

Webster's first defition for "kill" is "to deprive of life" or "to cause the death of". Is there a more appropriate word for the abortion an unborn child?

Killing an unborn child isn't what 99% of abortions do.
