Is diversity beneficial outside of image?

Liberalism is about everyone having equal rights, equal voice, equal opportunity, whatever. Conservatism is about stifling voices and restricting rights.

I was wondering why I haven't seen a thread on the Pew study on how many liberals in America hate America.

60% of liberals don't like America !!!

Michelle Obama is on record of not being proud of America.

One of Barack Obama's closest buds (not the kind you smoke) when Obama was attending Columbia University is on record saying the Obama never looked upon himself as being an American but an "internationalist."

Two of Barack Obama's best friends before he became POTUS, the racist Rev. Jeremiah Wright and the terrorist Weatherman Bill Ayres hate America and look at America as being the enemy.

Clearly I know what liberal means. I've been liberal all my life and I know that liberals have always represented the rights of ordinary people and resisted authority and conservatives have always lined up and supported authority unless they bailed when it looked like a losing proposition.

So why are liberals not practicing what they are preaching ?

Could it be that those hiding behind the liberal/progressive labels are something else ?

It's good simply because companies are like giant shredders, even small ones. They go through tons of employees every year. So when you look at it from that reality you realize "diversity" isn't actually going to matter, because if the people who are worried about diversity are correct, then those hired via a "diversity drive" will simply get chewed out by the viscous nature of all companies. So it is largely irrelevant.


I've seen this in real life. Just because a company hires a bunch of unqualified people in a diversity drive doesn't mean sh*t when it comes around to the annual terminations.

It never ceases to amaze me the small minds of conservatives.. As if you have to be "Liberal" in order to be a leftist..

Absolutely no comprehension of what a leftist in the European sense even is..

If your company is looking for diverse input (e.g. graphic design or something), then a variety of cultures and perspectives is very beneficial. If your company is just looking for bodies to fill positions (e.g. assembly line), then diversity doesn't have much practical benefit.

I don't so much say it's beneficial as to say that in any company people will be fired. What does it matter who's hired, really? Most companies hire people based on some form of connection, word of mouth or some manager wanting to f*ck that nice lady one day. "Oh noes, they hired a black, gay or some fat black woman". Who cares? The company will churn through people or people will leave for better jobs. People don't stay at even good jobs long these days anyways. With all the ways people are hired corruptly, what in the hell does it even matter? Companies are inherently corrupt in who they hire to begin with as most public entities are, just in subtly different ways. I as a northern European male could honestly care less. At every company I've been at I've found it always hilarious to see the gay faction, the angry fat black lady faction or other create havoc for the latest little bulging belly, borderline delusional midlife crisis company in crowd.

Let them give the fat 40 something chip eaters at the top of the company some stress. We all hate them anyways.

Na. It`s because I would like to spread the genepool and not end up ****ing my relatives.

Other than that, do you think one can list achievements based on race and ethnicity?!
