    Whenever America has called, southern boys show up in overwhelming numbers ready to fight. They put Confederate flags on jeeps and PC's, they're always respectful, obey orders and are amazingly good shots. Plus they're just damn good guys to be around.

    Not necessarily. Companies ought to seek out employees (and solutions) based solely on their individual merits. Anything else is inefficient, at best.

    By using the term "look good", I think the truth is "kowtow to the PC crowd so as not to be singled out by them".

    What we need are fewer individuals making decisions based on how other people feel and more individuals doing the right thing for its own sake, regardless of its perceived popularity.

    Whatever happened to e pluribus unum anyway?
