nope, it's not reasonable....ignoring a sign does not equate to threatening your life or limb.

you seem to be trying real hard to concoct a rationale for shooting people who are not a imminent threat to you....do you own guns?

God forbid anyone exercise common decency and good sense. Sure its our constitutional right to own firearms. I own guns, you may, lots of people do, but I don't walk into a bar, convenience store, or restaurant openly carrying a gun. I doubt even 1% of Americans would do such a thing and someone that walks into the local convenience store carrying a gun out in front of God and everybody is going to alarm people, because frankly a normal, well adjusted, sane individual would probably not do such a thing.

Similarly, I have freedom of expression. Just like you do, and everyone else on here does if they reside on American soil. However, just because I have constitutionally protected freedom of expression, I do not choose to exercise that by going into churches and elementary schools and yelling obscenities even though doing so would not be physically harming anyone.

Yes, but like the vast, vast, vast majority of gun owners, I do not walk into businesses carrying a gun for everyone to see. Similarly, I don't walk into churches and yell obscenities even though I enjoy freedom of expression.

People have a "right" to carry a double bladed woodsman ax ...
If anyone walks into a convenience store carrying one while I am in there...The cops will be on their way.
Same with any assault weapon . That is weird anti-social, dangerous and threatening behavior and must be dealt with by the authorities or answered with defensive action.
    No apologies to anyone's rights.
If the store owner blew them away, and Iwere on the jury at his trial, I would vote to acquit on the grounds of self defense.

lots of people make alot money off convenience stores.... the owner is not one of those people( nor are the employees)

As moronic as open carry is, just how is it threatening? Do you realize that you're in favor of MURDER of people harmlessly slinging a rifle over their shoulder?

This discussion is flat out crazy. Seriously.. It seems some people think you are not truly free unless you walk into the local Kwik-E-Mart with a gun draped over your shoulder and scare the living sh** out of Apu behind the counter.

what's an assault weapon? and do you understand what the term "assault" means when the military applied it to certain select fire carbines 70 years ago?
