Yep, as long as she did the proper paper work or at least that was how it was. Once one gave birth overseas it is the responsibility of the parents to report that birth to the American Embassy or Consulate involved along with a copy of the birth certificate. Now it been a long time since I last checked into this, so I use the phrase that was how it was. I assume it hasn't changed.

A lot of people seem to equate natural born citizen which the constitution states to be born within boundaries of the United States. The first case I can remember was that of Barry Goldwater, he was born in the Arizona Territory before it became a state and a federal court ruled that he was indeed a natural born citizen.

Now if a person is a citizen of another country even if he has an American Parent, that would disqualify him from becoming president.
This Reform Party member thinks it is high past time that we start electing Americans to congress and the presidency who put America first and their political party further down the line. But for way too long we have been electing Republicans and Democrats who happen to be Americans instead of Americans who happen to be Republicans and Democrats.

The funny thing is if there ended up not being another white male president again, it would be exactly because of this.

It depends on many factors, but I'd say no.

No, but it's seen its last revolution since no one on the far right has the guts to try one.

Don't take my word for this, wait and see.

    Everything.

Obama is related to Cheney, Bush & Brad Pitt, Bush is related to Marilyn Monroe,

I wonder how many people know this?

I was because Obama was even worse than advertized and people wanted to try any way in the world to boot his ass out of office. #Can you blame us

That might just be the single most absurd statement I've ever read on this forum and that's saying a lot.

I can't even turn on the news without someone howling about race for 90% of it.
