Although I agree a private conversation should remain private, once it becomes public it does do harm. The owner of a basketball team, this in a league full of African Americans with a huge consumer base of same, made disparaging remarks about them which were caught on tape and then released to the public. He is toast. Rightfully so. It's not like people can un-hear what he said.

OPtions are sue whomever he can sue, starting with the **** who illegally recorded and released his private conversation.

THEN you doubled down on your stupid comment with your moronic comments about the holocaust.

Sorry your pussy hurts so badly because an 80 ear old man said something in anger to his cuckolding 30 year old Latina girlfriend. Theres apparently a lot of that going around. Maybe you and the others that are suffering so badly can see someone...get a shot, pills, or some cream, ointment...something.

Its no ****ing wonder the black community in this country has been so badly ****ed over and continues to lead the country in every deficit category across the board. The stupid **** their 'champions' cling to and want to make some sort of tragic deal about. Geeeeeeezus. You know...I dont know about you, but when my kids came home crying about someone saying something that hurt their feelings, we had a little talk about it but ultimately, they were taught to not let hurtful words uttered by ****heads cause them pain, to be responsible for themselves and their own happiness, and to move forward in their lives. Then again...they were like 3/4 years old when they got that message. But apparently things are a little different in your world. You develop a flaming mangina over a guy that is 'such' a racist that prior to all of this had been selected to receive an award from the NAACP for the actual WORK and CONTRIBUTIONS he has made to the minority community.
The dog killer went to jail and served his time. Once Sterling serves his punishment, he too can return to whatever it is he wants to do. His options are not just a few.

    1. Accept all punishment, sell the team for a Billion Bucks and head off into the sunset.

    2. Fight and run the risk of losing value when the NBA decommissions his team

    3. Negotiate a settlement.

    4. Pay fines and accept suspension but refuse to sell.

    5. Sue everyone and anyone he feels wronged him

Seems to me, DS needs no crocodile tears from the peanut gallery.

He did not make disparaging remarks about them. He asked his "girlfriend" to not take pictures or bring other men to his games. He specified black men but it is the same.

If somebody that was not involved with their conversation is hurt by his words that is their problem. I just don't see how it could happen, but then again I am an adult.

That is not true, he was banned for life.

It is sick, and I see a lot of the posters here are sick as well, that people think that words spoken are worse than the pain and suffering caused by Vick to those animals for fun.

A person without a conscience, like Vick, cannot be rehabilitated. After he is done spending his time on Football, we will see him in the news again probably killing one or more people.

What part of Vick went to jail for his crime are you missing? Is his skin color getting in your way?

Often "banned for life" doesn't necessarily mean banned for life, especially in the NBA.

On October 1991, Tarpley was banned permanently for repeatedly violating NBA's substance abuse policy. He was reinstated two years later ...

Is all you can see is race? Did I say anything about his skin color?

Do I care if he is white or black? He enjoyed hurting and killing dogs. He is a time bomb and he will go off as soon as he has more free time on his hands. Mark my words.

    People cannot grow a conscience.

Do you defend him because he is black?

    He said black people.

    V: I don't understand, I don't see your views. I wasn't raised the way you were raised.

DS: Well then, if you don't feel—don't come to my games. Don't bring black people, and don't come.
    Then he disparages them:
V: Do you know that you have a whole team that's black, that plays for you?

DS: You just, do I know? I support them and give them food, and clothes, and cars, and houses. Who gives it to them? Does someone else give it to them? Do I know that I have—Who makes the game? Do I make the game, or do they make the game? Is there 30 owners, that created the league?

...V: And are the black Jews less than the white Jews?

DS: A hundred percent, fifty, a hundred percent.

    V: And is that right?

DS: It isn't a question—we don't evaluate what's right and wrong, we live in a society. We live in a culture. We have to live within that culture.

V: But shouldn't we take a stand for what's wrong? And be the change and the difference?

DS: I don't want to change the culture, because I can't. It's too big and too [unknown].

V: But you can change yourself.

DS: I don't want to change...

He served his time. He therefore has a right to earn a living. He was good enough to land a starting job as QB. Why are you whining?

I don't understand the question or the answer.

I am sorry you don't understand the point.

Just sit back and watch the guy. You will see.
