1.) definitely :)
2.) i dont know what he said, i do know he said somethign and magic replied but i dont know what either of them actually said.

I did listen to the whole phone call though and he is a perfect example of what im talking about. He doesn't "accept" people if they are black or minority even if they are rich and famous and respectable, he simply tolerates them.

but anyway if you give me a link or somethign i gladly read it and give you my opinion on his

He basically said Magic did nothing as a role model for blacks or people with AID's.

From what I've heard, Magic has done a lot for Inner City projects and AID's foundations.

I think Sterling is old and sick, living in a world of exclusivity that doesn't really exist anymore.

That doesn't sound stupid to you?

Ummm...yeah? I was being sarcastic....describing what you're doing.

Doesn't it sound stupid? Defining things beyond what they, by definition, mean?

Or suddenly, somehow, it won't sound stupid to you now.

But you're not describing what I'm doing. That's delusion of grandeur. You don't understand what I'm saying and I didn't ask for your help, so spare us the interp.

Right. So we have real definitions and we have ecofarm definitions. Two different things.

Partial understandings and whole definitions. Feel free to make your own statements but don't try to interpret me, I fart better digestion of concepts.

Okay, well there's definitions and what you wish were definitions. Isn't this what this always boils down to?

1.) WOW!!!! thats just ****ing retarded lol
now mind you he could have a very subjective meaning of role model because that is subjective but id love to know what logic he bases that off of

2.) me too, not to mention just his life can be looked at for inspiration. He is a leader in the community and leader as a business man and didnt just give up because of HIV.
That alone can have positive effects on kids/people.

3.) agree he is definitely out there

Let's be real. It boils down to your partial understanding. You think a minority talking crap is the same as oppression; that's patently inferior understanding.

yes and you are the one here with partial understandings, you keep proving this fact over and over again.

What you WISH and HOPE to be true factually is not, but you are free to keep reposting the lies you cant support and the will continue to get proven wrong by multiple posters with multiple facts :)

Let's be real. It boils down to your partial understanding. You think a minority talking crap is the same as oppression. That's patently inferior.

And, hilariously, you always get real mad that what you wish was the definition isn't actually the definition. So everyone else just kinda stands on the wayside like "dang, eco really wishes the definition of 'racism' was what he thinks it should be...but...it's not so...nothing to do here but look around awkwardly."

Like there's nothing left: you think the definition should be one thing, but it's not. And that bothers you.

Like...I think a minority talking crap is oppression? What does that even mean? What does that have to do with the definition of racism? So emotional, sit down.

The entertainment of your posts failing and being destroyed one after another is priceless.

We again ask, can you support the lie you keep repeating with any facts? just one is all we need . . . . one

Ummm...okay? Let's hope that you doing that changes the definition of racism.

I know one thing it won't do... give a black person the power to oppress me.

He was being ignorant about "what" Magic has actually done with his charity and time. But also insinuating that his acquiring AID's from an unhealthy lifestyle was a bad example. Did Magic party and have unprotected sex, most likely but it wasn't horrible behavior.

which wont change the definition of racism either LMAO

Okay? Great?

If a white ignores racial bigotry, it doesn't matter to them. If a black ignores racial bigotry, things will get worse for them.

sounds like he was just trying to save face from his racist remarks to me

not to mention whats his example, he told his ugly whore that she could **** magic just dont bring him to the games or take pictures with him lol

None of that changes the definition of the word.

two opinions that have zero impact on the definition of racist/racism . . . ZERO lol

The definition of a social construct must be found in social context. Using individual context to define a social construct is nonsense. Your definition is incomplete. It merely considers individual actions, and you're supposed to be considering a social construct.

It's not my definition. Sorry. There's a definition that has to do with institutional racism. You want that definition to subsume all others. Unfortunately, it doesn't. Not much else to say: institutional racism isn't the only form of racism, sorry.

You're equating racial bigotry with a social construct.

Have you ever called someone an "institutional racist"? No. Stop pretending that differentiating between types of oppression constitutes an change of context from social to individual.

Institutional racism is explicit within institutions, it's not basic racism (sociologically speaking). It's a type of (real) racism.
