When we rebuild, both sides end up winning. With the shape of our infrastructure is in, wouldn't be surprised if a nice little war wouldn't get the process started.

We must remember that the global financial oligarchy calls the shots and facilitates the wars. No matter who wins, they profit.

Celtic warriors (and more recently Polynesian warriors) in history, used to wave their man parts at their foes on the battlefield in an effort to taunt them while simultaneously showing their superiority. It was a kind of psychological warfare, while it may have cultural meaning as well. The Polynesians for example went into battle with full erections visible as a symbol of their virility and superiority as a tactic to demoralize their opponents. Swords for example also are very phallic so it all ties in historically - bigger sword, bigger dick.
“I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on what’s being proposed here, he’d agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute.” - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

It's possible that the US knew this would probably happen all along and it's suiting a long term goal well.
