Don't forget that part. It's what blacks suffer in this country and whites do not.

nope there are none, not REAL AA/EEO.
maybe something that people try to call AA/EEO but that wonr make it so.
ZERO defections of racism fit AA/EEO.

AA/EEO makes it ILLEGAL to make any hiring, firing, promotional, training, monetary, and benefit decisions based on race.

    Thats what reall AA/EEO is.

AA and EEO are complete opposite philosophies. AA is no longer practiced with the exception of the federal government. State and local governments aren't even allowed to practice Affirmative Action.

4.)Affirmative Action takes the opposite approach of judging a person only by the color of his skin.
1.) AA is EEO today they are the same, AA is part of EEO
2.) that would NOT be AA/EEO
    3.) I agree AA/EEO is that way
4.) again false thats not what it actually does by definition.
Are there people that have been caught to have programs like that and they call them AA/EEO? yes and that is illegal what they were doing and was not AA/EEO.
