Yes but there is also a war on femininity. Neither one is PC.
If you expect people to be rational, you aren't being rational.

I'm a black male. And when I look around me, I find that notion to be very, very absurd. In my career I have had to work in environments where the majority of the people were white conservative males. My experience has been anything but.

There have been similar threads on this subject. Men are slowly being eliminated from the economy by the hundreds. Women are just better suited for the current economy. Male traits are undesireable in the work force. I don't think this makes male traits undesireable in every walk of life.

It has got so bad that some companies don't have any male employees left to fire. They have resorted to firing women. Here is just one example:

No. Only the self-inflicted war on effort and integrity.

What people are given to misinterpret as 'war' is merely the cumulative effect of a historical process that operates interdependently at several different levels, whereby phenomena we recognise as 'current events' are driven by generational, ideological inertia in turn lent impetus by broad shifts in awareness that occur across significant eras. That these surface ripples are mistaken for conflict rather than equilibrium (or even feedback) testifies to personal bias. What the majority understand as 'progression' is no more than projection of self-interest, as if to believe that the scales could be tipped via ego alone.

Of those men who believe themselves to be thus engaged in said 'war', I can only suggest that in believing such, they align themselves, however unwittingly, with the one-dimensional, brainless femiclowns they might otherwise have managed to undermine. It's a little disheartening, if expected. Still, the learning curve allows for self-delusion.

You have absolutely no idea what it is like to be a black man. You are constantly up against this kind of thing

Clippers Owner Donald Sterling to GF -- Don't Bring Black People to My Games ... Including Magic Johnson | TMZ.com

L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling told his GF he does NOT want her bringing black people to his games ... including Magic Johnson ... and it's ALL on tape.

TMZ Sports has obtained audio of Sterling making the racist declaration during a heated argument on April 9th with V. Stiviano ... after she posted a photo on Instagram posing with Magic.

Sterling rails on Stiviano -- who ironically is black and Mexican -- for putting herself out in public with a black person (she has since taken the pic down). But it doesn't end there. You have to listen to the audio to fully grasp the magnitude of Sterling's racist worldview. Among the comments:

-- "It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that youíre associating with black people. Do you have to?" (3:30)

-- "You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it on that ... and not to bring them to my games." (5:15)

-- "Iím just saying, in your lousy f******* Instagrams, you donít have to have yourself with, walking with black people." (7:45)

Yes, specifically from the government with programs set in place that very specifically discriminate against them in order to try to help combat discrimination in the past of minorities and possible present day discrimination.

Nope, and you have no idea what's it's like to be a white woman...I've experienced racist attitudes against me for being white I've never physically witnessed any racism towards others. I recognize that it exists but I can never condone social programs that trample on the rights of others in order to make up for past and current racial discrimination. You don't fight discrimination with more discrimination and right now a lot of people seem to be okay with that and it's the white man getting the short end of the stick.
