These people already have a job for life. Why should they be allowed to fire their boss?
How is one man one vote putting anyone " in charge"?
BTW I feel a good deal of disgust towards you.

    Incorrect. In NH, they can.

As a matter of fact, the NH Senate just passed a bill last month to prohibit the purchase of liquor and cigarettes with EBT cards. That bill is on its way to our House.

Come on up, but please leave any desires to implement an income tax at home.

I have two questions for you:

Question 1: Have you ever heard of a government "for the people and by the people"? If so, this implies that the people are the highest authority.

Question 2: Are you a government employee or military member (which is somehow different) ? If so, your disgust for me is justified and mutual.

Ummm....that's the same link I posted.

That was passed by our Senate last month. It's on its way to our House. It isn't a law yet.

I recommend reading posts in their entirety before responding.

Then it's fine. The ultimate authority is 'we the people'. The people are the boss. It is completely appropriate that they have a say in government.
Elected officials are servants, not the employees. I'm an employee for the state. It's a job. I pay taxes just like you do. So you think having a huge chunk removed from my salary for taxes with no representation is right? THAT would be crime.
