When was the last time I listened to the radio? It was years ago for sure, but I couldn't say how many years ago it was.

I apparently have a radio habit, or something...for the longest time I drove an old car that only had a radio and a tape cassette player...I listened to radio by default.

Now I have a newer car with a CD player, probably an music player jack (haven't even checked), and satellite radio equipment....and I still listen to the same radio stations.

I used to listen to him while driving home from work, and yes, he was crazy. Some gems in the crazy, though.

I thought he retired or something....
Recently he showed up during Hannity's old time spot on the local talk radio station here (3PM to 6PM). After Savage is Mark Levin.

My chieftain listens to it, so I get my weekly dose over at her house. Starts some pretty good conversations between us, after I'm done yelling.

Best political radio: Phil Hendrie Show
...In 1990 at KVEN-AM in Ventura, Calif., Hendrie introduced his first fictional character on air — an Iraqi, Raj Fahneen. The Gulf War was happening and Fahneen vociferously defended Saddam Hussein. Thinking he was a real person, listeners went ballistic and the phones lit up. An entire cast of characters would evolve from that moment on, marking Hendrie's place in radio history.

I Listen to it work. Podcasts can be downloaded.
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

Michael Savage and Al Franken should both be locked in a room with knives and have a "last man standing" contest. It's the only positive contribution either could make to society.

I listen to political talk radio, but I listen to internet radio. As in radio that nearly anyone can start up.

Among my favorites are "Freedomain Radio", "The Old Dominion Libertarian, "Adam vs. The Man", and "The Tom Woods Show." I mostly like to download them from iTunes in podcast form after the fact, as my schedule is too hectic to sit down and listen live most of the time.

I said no, but are we counting podcasts?
