I can understand why you're butthurt when you run into these folks, it can't be a pleasant experience being humiliated in this way.
Well actually you've touched on quite possibly the most awesome thing about being home schooled (for the religious, ideological reasons I've mentioned before): being home schooled means never being wrong. Gays brought down the Roman Empire? Bam, it's true. There were no laws against rape, murder or theft before Christianity? True. Marriage isn't listed as a right in the constitution? True. Obama is a Muslim? True. When you're a home schooled Christian, you're always right, and you win every debate.

you have anything to back this up with or is this just hyperbole? i will go with hyperbole.
all home school students are required to pass state exams in order to graduate as well.

Do you seriously imagine that public school students learn the truth about reality? One easy example. Most people are public schooled. The proportion of homosexuals in the population is about 2%. Look at how people respond when asked to comment on the reality they see around them. Fully 50%+ believe that 1 in 5 people around them is homosexual.

So how diverse is your neighborhood (hey, this is the internet so I have no way of checking)?
I don't have to answer to white nationalists like you.

I live in a really diverse town of 8000 people and my own home is half south African, half Japanese before I walk out the door.

You and your fascist ilk are becoming increasingly Irelevent much to my relief.

If two adults are assumed to be able to have children without public approval, then it seems to me that they should be able to teach those children without public approval.

Cute, but that completely evades my point, which is that no matter how factually and demonstrably wrong a homeschooler is they're still always right. When I believe something that was shown to be factually wrong, my response is invariably "...oh..." And that does tend to be the response of most public schooled people compared to homeschoolers.

I just want to be sure that I understand your point. Are you seriously contending that YOU are representative of most of society. That when Jay Leno did those Jaywalking interviews, those people were like you. The mean IQ of the American population is 96. You are Joe Average?

If how YOU react to new information is dispositive, then why can't we pick a stellar home schooled student to be the go-to guy for home schooled comparisons?

Religious/ideological homeschoolers insist on believing demonstrably false things.

And ideologies in public schools insist on teaching false things. So we're at an impasse.
