I don't think he meant it that way.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

Did they charge him with attempted murder for the rock tossing incident at age 9?

Here are a few stories from our local station. It does not appear he was charged wiht attempted murder, or it might not be on his record anymore becaue he was 9. I got that from a local reporter.

he is worse than that. But I see no race issues here, the jerk would just kill anyone. I guess it is kinda sad a case such as this would not get national coverage, but I think that is simply becase it is not rare enough.

I agree with you. It's such a sad reflection on our society that these stories aren't rare anymore. It hurts to think about it.

The only things about this story that makes it different than your garden variety street thug killing innocent pedestrian could be his age (monster is a teenager) and the fact that the little savage has been a malfeasant since he was 9. 9!! WTF?? When my kids were 9 they played Candy Land, they didn't toss rocks off bridges to try to kill people.

When my kids were 9, they would have got their butts whipped for even thinking of doing something that stupid.
