    Agreed!

It sure would be weird trying to make decisions based on only one set of stimuli!

At 70, it would just be one less thing to wash and maintain. I sit to pee anyway so my biggest loss will be the freedom of the urinal in public facilities (where I pee standing).

Until I was around 67, I would have been upset by the development. Now, go ahead, take it and use it as you see fit. Give it wings and use it as a drone. Take it on a world tour as a flag-pole. Just send me a photo of Big Guy on Twitter from time to time.

Pretty much agree. My need to fight ends with my chances to survive and still be of use to my loved ones. Once I see the odds slipping toward me being more a burden, that bullet goes into the chamber.

Very similar but slightly different. In my case it's both a matter of being a burden and not being able to maintain my personal responsibilities and duties as I see them. There are just certain things I don't want to live through, regardless of what the prognosis is on the other side.

Sure. Surviving what's discussed in the op being one of them.

Yes, but the half that doesn't have one, wishes they did.

I don't think this is worth thinking about until you are in this situation.

Are you sure? There has to be some disadvantages that you have encountered. The ability to urinate just about anywhere comes to mind. Just think what kind of possibilities exist when snow is involved. Other benefits come to mind that I won't mention.

Yeah but you have the counterpart apparatus, which from what I understand offers an exponentially more intense experience than what guys get to enjoy, but that's a different thread.
