Some of us would rather die than use that crap, thank you very much.

But should your opinion of the substance in question dictate what options another person has?

My opinion is based on the damage I believe the substance does to the human SOUL, if not the body. I believe the possession and/or use of the material is an immoral act and I have never believed in an individual's right to act in an immoral fashion. Is that sufficient to allow you to understand my answer to your question?

There is no marijuana movement that is trying to force pot onto anyones property.

True. However, if the Communistwealth makes it legal in the State, then the condo association is likely to be pressed to make it legal on the property. I will never allow it in my home, vehicle, or any other area I have control over. Simply because it's legal doesn't make it Right to use it. It's not an issue of forcing it onto my property as much as it is placing me in a position where I have to proactively ban it from my property.

The beauty of this proposed legislation is you could die *while* using that crap - a little forced feeding goes a long ways

Some of us would die prior to it being forced on us, chromium; and we'd likely take more than a few others with us.

Technically they do not forbid you from taking the drugs, they just forbid you from possessing them - which rather conveniently makes it very very hard to take them.

And yes it is a very obtuse technicality that does functionally take away our rights to determine what we may or may not do with our bodies.
