I picture similarities between Jim Ignatowski pre-drugs and Tigger now... and what Tigger might be like if he tried them.
If you claim sexual harassment to be wrong, yet you defend anyone on your side for any reason,
then you are a hypocrite and everything you say on the matter is just babble.

It's not an issue of forcing it onto my property as much as it is placing me in a position where I have to proactively ban it from my property.
Again, no law is even being discussed to state that you have to allow it on your property. The only thing people are pushing for is for people who do want to enjoy it to be allowed on their own property.

The problem with that is this.... once it's legal in public then I have to proactively ban it on my property. That means I now have to search every individual coming onto the property, and enforce a list of people who are not allowed on the property. It creates a real headache.

It's OK. Anyone who was thinking about visiting you has already been put off by your attitude.

Considering a large number of people in your commonwealth are already smoking it, them legalizing it doesn't really change anything for you. Those same people are going to be smoking it. There could be someone on your property right now with a bag in their pocket and you wouldn't even know it.

Right now I live in a condo complex that does not allow for smoking or drug possession anywhere on the property. I can guarantee you that nobody in my unit has any, and considering the tenants in the other seven units in my building, I'd be very surprised to find anyone else in the building with it. There are certain family members who do use it who have been told they are not welcome at our home because of it.

If you live in a condo association I am positive there are people who smoke weed. Face it buddy you are surrounded by potheads. There is nothing you can do about it.

No, simply because it's amusing to see people shout and cry over something so trivial and stupid. The cops here won't even waste their time with it unless the person is driving around high, in which case they should be locked up and given the same punishment for drunk driving.
I love the NSA. It's like having a secret fan-base you will never see, but they're there, watching everything you write and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing that I may be some person's only form of unconstitutional entertainment one night.

I'm sure many feel the same way about guns and CCW. And, no, the Constitution does not say you have the right to walk down Main St with a loaded Glock, so don't even go there.

Personally, I don't care to "ban" or "control" any of it. The only place I draw the line is public safety. It's probably not a good idea to allow people to walk around with large quantities of toxins or unstable explosives.
