Re: Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

translation: NO agent J i have ZERO facts that support me and prove all that stuff wrong

thats what i thought just like ever other tie and we already knew that, Facts win again

let me know when you can provide ONE single fact that supports you and proves that stuff wrong . . . . ONE :)

Go ahead and defend any court case on the matter you desire and tell me exactly how they protected human rights. When you fail, and you will, I will be sure to laugh.

I don't need the opinion of nine power hungry idiots to win. All I need to do is prove how they ruled against human rights and against the Constitution, and I can do that very easily.

Re: Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

none but theres only two options and im fine with either one

tell us, whats the other option since what he said it factually untrue lol

I cant wait to read this

I am not saying he did or did not...I do not know.

But you accused him of lying even though you admit you do not know his intent. And without knowing his intent, you cannot know if he lied or not.

In my book, accusing someone of lying without proof means you owe that person an apology.

But...that is obviously up to you.

Good day.

Re: Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

SSDD.

Agent J sets the question up, frames the issue and then claims his opinions are facts. He'll go on for pages more with this idiotic tactic.

Yeah, trying to explain what an actual fact is will also prove to be a waste of time.

once again, let us know when you can provide ONE fact that supports you. One single FACT is all we need, not your OPINION and PHILOSOPHIES one fact that proves all that wrong.

Re: Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

Y
ou don't have the right to use someones property against their will, force someone to associate with you, or get service from someone against their will. Sorry, but people have the right to discriminate for any reason what so ever. If people want to call coercion civil rights, they are more than welcome to it, but they are wrong
.

You are free to believe whatever you want to believe, but the 1964 Civil Rights Act isn't going away, whether you like it or not.

And you can bet that the U.S. Department of Justice won't hesitate to use it.

Good day.
I knew you wouldnt answer and you would dodge it!

nope he posted two lies and unless he wants to admit he is wrong theres ZERO need for an apology lol

if he admits his posts were factually wrong then ill gladly give him an apology

you have a good day too!, my day is going great thank you!

Name one thing that I said that is opinion.

And the fact that the law is unjust isn't going anywhere either.

POST 50 where you give us your OPINION of the OP, not only is it just your opinion its factually wrong.

AGain if you disagree simply prove all the laws and rights and court cases false with any FACTS you have. Not opinions and philosophies and do not deflect, we want facts and until you can theres nothing to discuss.
Facts win again

Sorry, I forgot to answer you.

Assuming what he said was 'factually untrue' (not that I am saying it is), does not mean he was lying.

One can say something they believe is true, even though it is wrong. Their statement is wrong, but that does not mean they were lying.

By definition, unless someone intends to deceive, then they are not lying...no matter how inaccurate the statement.

And since you admitted that you do not know his intent...then you accused him of lying without any proof whether he did or did not.

Anyway, this is way off topic.

You want to accuse people of lying and not apologize for it when you admit you cannot prove they were lying...go ahead.
Personally, I think it makes you look rather small and petty.
But, whatever floats your boat.

We are done here.

Good day.

Re: Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

Not opinions and philosophies

what do you think those court cases and laws are based on? There are no facts that prove all people should be treated equally, there are only arguments, opinions, and philosophies that indicate such.

The answer is qualitative, not quantitative.

good thing I never said that there is proof that all people should be treated equally

I already did.

People have the right to associate with only those they desire to associate with.
People have the right to control access and use of their property no matter if that property is land, a home, a business, your body, or any other type of property.
People have the right to provide services to only those they desire to provide service to.
The government can not demand someone give their rights to open a business or operate a business without being in violation of their rights.

Where are your facts?

none of that goes against the OP, NONE of that lol
guess you misunderstood the request was for FACTS that prove the OP false
in your next post present FACTS that support you and prove your statement true and the OP wrong. DO you not understand the word facts?
government is protecting rights with non-discrimination laws, that is fact
facts win

try again, ill wait

No, all of it goes against the OP and makes an argument as to why such laws have no reason to be expanded, but only repealed.

yes in your OPINION and based on your OPINION

laws, rights and facts disagree and prove you wrong

let us know when you can provide any facts that makes post #50 factually true, not your opinions, facts

Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

yes
no
other: explain

Can't answer the poll based on the dishonest way you've presented the question as you've repeatedly and continually misrepresented your OPINION on any and all matteres regarding homosexuality as some kind of "FACT" and you ask the question from a vantage point that said OPINION is actually fact.

The correct questoin would be "Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect rights that I believe we do/should have"

In a general sense I do not have a huge issue with non-discrimination laws, but think they can sometimes be taken too far

Sorry, how does rights prove me wrong? Are you claiming you have the right to use peoples property against their will? To associate with someone when they don't desire to associate with you? The right to force someone to be your servant? Exactly how does rights prove me wrong? How is law in opposition to my view when it's clear that non-discrimination laws violate the law of the land? Sorry, but what facts do you have again?

again lets us know when you have facts that make post 50 factually true
until then facts, rights and laws will continue to prove your post 100% wrong

until you can do this you got nothing no deflections will be accepted, now in your next post post the facts that make post #50 true

So you really don't have an argument as to why I'm wrong.

Re: Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect our rights?

the ENDA bill was referred to

of course Boehner thinks because "stereo typical" his team doesnt support equal rights for gays

but that but there's no logic behind his thoughts, if you or him disagree the solution is simply. all one would have to do to make thier point is point out where sexual orientation is covered, its not, hence this bill and the 1000s that are at state, county, municipality and even corporate levels

The constitution stops discrimination by the states or the fed in the fifth and fourteenth amendments but leaves out the private sector and I agree with that. Boner may be referring to the 14th which gives all citizens born in the US except Indians equal rights under the law. Notice it does not say "except gays" so it seems to me any and all civil rights laws pertain to them as well as blacks.

1.)Can't answer the poll based on the dishonest way you've presented the question as you've repeatedly and continually misrepresented your OPINION on any and all matteres regarding homosexuality as some kind of "FACT" and you ask the question from a vantage point that said OPINION is actually fact.

2.)The correct question would be "Do you support non-discrimination laws that protect rights that I believe we do/should have"

1.) FALSE there is nothing dishonest about how i posted it at all. What presentation do you speak of since its based on the verbiage of the laws, rights that exist and polls?
If i change the verbiage of the laws and rights THATS would be dishonest, luckily i didnt do that so my poll is as honest as could be.

2.) also 100% false because my beliefs aren't part of the poll

if you would like to ask me if i think those, currently, factual rights/laws are just or if I support those rights feel free
if you would like to create a poll asking people if thier personal opinions agree with the current facts, also feel free

but currently, they are facts, the law makes them that way

sorry that would not be the correct question at all
