    earlier you said this

bigoted ,prejudice have to do with feelings......government is not the "feelings" business....it is there to secure rights, not to tell the people how to exercise their rights.......the rights are mine .......not governments.
You answered quite clearly. Your answer is YES.

One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

    Just to point out...

#1 Our contracts state explicitly that you will comply with policies and procedures, there is no requirement that they be in place and as an EE you are required to copy with all new policies and new procedures after your date of hire, not just those in place at the time of when you signed the contract.

#2 Our contracts are valid for one year and are renewed each year.

well your thinking of a contract based on the many, i believe, ...........but i believe in contracted based on the individual.

the contract, i am speaking of would not have a term of expiration, unless the contract was broken or the employee left the job.

the contract i mean would be one which spells out what you do as an employee for me, and things you don't do as an employee for me, and an agreement is reached on that contract.

if i do something my employer does not like, but its not part of my contract, the employer has no power to stop me, and the reverse would be true.

You are welcome. But I support the rights of people to do things I myself would not do. That should not be confused with an endorsement of that behavior, by the way. It is just a recognition of their right to behave that way.

Actually pretty much every State also has anti-discrimination and Public Accommodation laws.

yes i know, and they are suppressing the right to association by having such laws.

just because someone enters the business world, does not mean they have to surrender that right........rights are unalienable, and cannot be surrendered.

No actually I'm thinking of the contracts for employees that I'm responsible for creating. There are no "time exemptions" in the contracts. The EE agrees to abide by the organizations policies and procedures. That includes those implemented at the time of employment and those that might be updated or implemented in the future.

Sure there is in both cases:

#1 If they do something you don't like, you end your employment.

#2 If you do something they don't like (which violates their polices, yet does not violate the law), then they can end your employment for cause.
