I've taken the test more than a few times over the course of the last few years. I always get the "Mastermind" INTJ type, and I do fall in line with most of the traits the test suggests (independent, analytical, pragmatic, reserved, task oriented, not especially 'sensitive' with regard to emotional or relationship matters, etca).
However, my "Judging" score is on the low side (between 13% and 25% depending on the test) in comparison to most INTJs. This probably does do a lot to make me a bit less harsh than many of my peers.
I can tell you for a fact that I am waaaaaay more compassionate than my father, for instance; and he's a fairly classic INTJ as well.
