If you could tommorrow vote on gun amendment?

So if you could cast a vote during an election that would either completly ban guns and remove the 2nd amendment from the consititution or make constitutional carry the law of the land in all 50 states ( I.E. do you not need a permit to CC or OC a gun). Which way would you vote?

Ill pass, both are ridiculous extremes and I don't think either would productively solve any problems with guns.

    Really?

Arizona has been a Constitutional Carry state since 2010 with no ill effects. In fact, in 2012 we saw the lowest homicide rate we've had since 1965.

Neither. It's a stupid poll that only goes to the extremes.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide the world that cannot be achieved more rationally through entirely secular means.

I really don't like either extreme, but I guess I'd choose constitutional carry in all 50 states if I had to vote either way.

It's not that stupid. Right now 6 states are effectively "constitutional carry" and several others have recently proposed legislation to become that way.
