But maybe I'm being hasty. If I've digested everything I read above, then it does look like Fox Nooz did report something that made their ideological foe look bad without being too particular about verification. And it looks like Media Matters reported just that.
Then cast your vote... Either you believe Beck reported that womans claim as fact, or he didn't. Just read what he said and decide.

So let me see if I've got this right. You make the rules and you decide when they can be broken...hmmmmmm..what's wrong with that picture??

All it requires is an understanding of the English language and being honest.
And this low brow tactic, only makes you look weak.

So asking you to be honest, is in your view a "low brow" debate tactic?

If honesty is the enemy of your beliefs, then dishonesty must be at its core... I think you need to do a little soul searching.

No, setting it up so that if someone does not answer with what you consider to be the correct answer they are either lying or stupid is a low brow tactic.

    You behave like a bully.

I feel sorry for anyone who allows anything, especially politics, to prevent them from acknowledging facts or the truth.
I'm guessing they are both untrue

What do you mean setting it up?

I posted Media Matters claim, and I posted the relevant portion of Beck's quote from the Media Matters story.

You either believe he presented her story as fact, or that he didn't... Just look at his words, and decide...

    Both? What?

There is only one thing being evaluated here, not two. Either Beck expressed to his viewers that her claims had not been validated, or he didn't express the uncertainty, allowing them to believe that her claims of killing her husband were factual.

What is so difficult about that?

Oh Grim, if everything were only as simple as you would like it to be.
