Should 13 y.o. boys be allowed to consent to hetero-sex w/adult women?

Should the age of consent be lowered to 13 y.o. when a boy wants sex with a woman?

It's actually a real thing and distinct from pedophilia. Ephebo's are sexually attracted to adolescents as a fetish-like thing, and usually aren't interested in pre-pubescent children.

I think its more of a subset of pedophilia rather than it being distinct from. It still involves fetishizing people who aren't old enough to be adults.

That's because ephebophile is not an actual term so much as it is a part of the normalization effort on behalf of slowly instituting pedophilia, first by normalizing adult sex with pubescent teenagers. Oh, so you had sex with a 13 year old child? well, that's better than an 11 year old child... so... no harm, no foul.

So do I.

Can we simplify then and just say "pervert"?

Sorry, that's not how the English language works. "I think it means x, regardless of the clearly defined definitions". That's a great way to discredit yourself.

if im understanding correctly, you are asking should legal age of consent be 13 for boys if they are having sex with say a 25yr old woman?

if so the answer is of course absolutely not and theres no logic to support otherwise

I've only ever seen that word used by grown men to justify their gross attraction to underage girls. As to say, "I'm not a pedophile!"

USA says 18 years old. Nature says around 13, which is when most females begin to menstruate and males get hard-ons for no apparent reason while they're sitting in class. Why try to overrule nature with the arrogance of mankind?

No person is emotionally prepared for sex at 13. They hardly are at 18 for that matter.

Actually many states in the US say 16, and a few say younger. There is no Federal law on it, aside from something about state lines perhaps.

Except that this thread is about adult women attracted to young boys. WHOOOPSS. Looks like you just got on the fail train.

I'm also reporting your post because you've explicitly called both myself and Goshin pedophiles. I doubt anything will come of it, but that's bull****.

Whatever. It's a rare occurrence anyway.

Oh, I have?

Both Goshin and I used the phrase and linked to it's source. Don't play dumb.

For me to have explicitly called you two pedophiles I would have to have never seen that word used before now.

I seriously doubt that it's vitally important, as I believe we all understand the concept being discussed.

Nope. instagramsci is feigning ignorance in order to make false accusations about other members. It's quite despicable and I hope the mods act on it. Paedophilia is illegal in all 50 states and territories. He's calling other forum users criminals.

It's not against the rules to point out that it is a subset of pedophilia, with an emphasis on pubescents. a debate of fine definitions, perhaps, but the reality remains the same.

Speaking of reality - all of you who voted "yes"? You stay the hell away from my children in reality or I will ****ing dispose of you.

Pedophilia advocacy is back in full swing on the forum.

Pay attention. A forum user accused two members of being paedophiles. Argue over semantics all you want. It's also apparently not against the rules to accuse forum members of paedophilia which is shocking BECAUSE it's a crime.

Rational adults.

If we are talking about younger teens what is the chance of that happening?

I mean if the parents are absent enough for a 13 year old to be having sex, how involved will that parent be in the court system to go after the boy?

100% if they are the ones supporting their daughter and her infant. They'll notice then...cuz it will hit them directly in the pocketbook.

Not only that, the parents dont have to if the daughter applies for any public assistance, state or county. The state/county will go after the father to recoup their $. It's mandatory if she applies for any public assistance and I think it's in every county/state now.

Anyone remember that case back in the mid 90's where that teacher screwed her then 12-year-old student, had his baby then went to prison for like 10 years??? well when she got out the kid (she raped/molested) was in his 20's and now they have a family...

Pretty twisted stuff right there.... Especially when your son is 12 years younger than you are lol. Imagine being 33 and your son is 21 lol...."son go out and get daddy some beer lol"
