    You should talk to them for real... not just hear what you want to hear and feel superior for some ridiculous reason. I talk to more non-Americans in a month than most will in their lives... nobody thinks that it is "free". To assume that is what they mean is idiotic.

    It is a saying... since you don't have to pay directly to the hospital or doctor.
