Is my lack of respect for USA justified?

People who will comment on this question without reading my post, are obviously trolls.
Here are my reasons why I have no respect for America as a nation:

    - US president Obama promised dialog with Iran and Syria, but instead invited Saudi Arabian kings to the white house who sent death row inmates to fight Syrian people
    - US president Bush promised no nation building but invaded Iraq, Afghanistan
    - US senate congress has fights about funding Obamas care, but has no problems funding Israel which has universal health care, and funding whole bunch of other nations.
    - I was wrongly arrested from my house in 2000 for robbery, spent 3 days in prison, and could not even sue the police district, another police district ended up handling my case. without money I am absolute nobody in this nation. same when my dogs got shot near my house this past December 4th.

There are many other reasons, but this gives some idea. I respect decent American people with all my heart, and unlike politicians who have access to the establishment media to keep kissing millions of asses and saying god bless America and god bless our men in uniform, I do not have such privilege, but to love a nation I have to love the system, a nation IS a system. If America does not even have a government that represents its' people, what kind of a nation is it? it certainly does not represent me.

You mean the American government, right? If you look over track records, you'd have justification to have no respect for a lot of countries. Long as you don't equate the government's actions with the American people as if they're one and the same, it's fair.
"We have more responsibility than power, I think. The newspaper can create great controversies, stir up arguments within the community or discussion, can throw light on injustices....just as it can do the opposite. It can hide things and be a great power for evil." -- Rupert Murdoch, 1968

In America, the number of rights you have in practice depends on how much money you have. Always has really, but it's at sickening levels now.

As for the POTUS, he's just the face of a larger apparatus that we have no real control over. I view our Fed as a separate entity now which, in practice, operates independently from any oversight.

Sorry to hear about your dogs.

I see what you are saying, but it gets tricky, because eventually, like it or not people (including possibly me) WILL be held accountable for it's government's actions

There are also hypocrites among us (maybe not me and not you) but example of such hypocrites is the ones on TV who fiercely speak out against establishment, and have careers from it, make millions from it like Alex Jones and Bill Oreilly, but they are a PART of the establishment.

I think you respect the USA as an ideal, but do not respect the USA as it currently stands.

    OR something like that.

It is hard to judge another person's emotions. But I see every one of your examples differently than you with the exception of your personal experience. There I do not have enough information.

Feel free to disrespect us. Hell...we all have flaws. Just make sure you bring your kneepads to smooch that Unca Sam booty when you line up to the trough because you need something.

Oh...and try not to piss us off.
