Wrong. The issue is comparing gay behavior to skin tone. Gay behavior is a choice. Skin tone is not. Stop square pegging the circle.

No, it's not. Marrying ANYONE is a choice. Mr Loving did not have to marry someone of a different race, he chose to. People are not born with an attraction to a particular race.
My attraction to women is no less relevant in marriage than Mr' Lovings attraction to someone of a different race. Both were against the law. He could have chosen to marry someone of the same race, I can choose to marry someone of the opposite sex, but neither would be marrying someone we are attracted to. Gender discrimination when it comes to laws is just as valid as racial discrimination.

So? You're arguing the wrong kind of choice.

Are you sure? I'd like to see some data on that.

Wrong. Marriage has a tradition in this country, and it's being attacked. There is zero valid reason why homosexuals should be married.

Wrong again. Gay marriage is a violation of traditional marriage. There is absolutely zero value to what you are fighting for.

This isn't gender discrimination. It's opposing a perversion to one of the most sacred institutions that we have. Go live together. That's your choice. Just keep your moral decay out of marriage. This is one issue that will not be overlooked. Trust me on this.

You care to evidence the first claim? Not really a good analogy either, as skin tone can change via choice, i.e. tanning.

It's a farce, and it needs to be stopped.
Interesting. And has the issue of being born gay ever been used in court?

    Happy to:

"This case presents a constitutional question never addressed by this Court: whether a statutory scheme adopted by the State of Virginia to prevent marriages between persons solely on the basis of racial classificationsviolates the Equal Protection and Due Process Clauses of the Fourteenth Amendment."

Who cares why someone is gay. The simple fact is that they are human and deserve basic human rights such as being able to marry the person they love.

Strictly speaking his exact words are correct - in fact all voluntary human sexual behavior is chosen. Attraction, perhaps so, perhaps not, but behavior, certainly.

It's part of the bigger argument.
