No kidding. Killing, since you're quoting the Bible, is not the same thing as murdering. The distinction between the two was lost in the King James translation.

Nobody wants innocents held, but the problem has been allowed to linger for far too long. If you think they all deserve trials, then I suppose it would be fine for them to be conducted "where you are now".
They could hold trials right next door to where I live...ABSOLUTELY fine with me.

You see, unlike many sadly, honor and justice for all means more to me then fear/anxiety.

Better to die as a hero then to live as a coward...MUCH better, imo.

Is it not good to avoid killing?

If your dead how cool you are or even how honorably you lived won't matter. Dead is dead.
Islam is an antiquated religion and needs to either modernize with the times or be completely eradicated.
There are two types of Muslims, terrorists, and their enablers. They need to fix that if they want to be part of civilized society.

Well I'm not so young either. I'm not advocating generic killing. I'm advocating killing specific people who would murder without regard to innocence and without remorse, and we know it - it is not mindless. I'll tell you what is mindless though. Mindless is encompassed in those who twist religion into a justification for wanton murder on a grand scale wherever and whenever they can in furtherance of subjugation. Some of those detained are the same as the fellow recently mentioned in a thread here who ate the heart of a dead victim. Ask yourself if you want to loose those people on innocent humans somewhere on this planet. I don't.

Yes, it's almost always immoral to kill just as well. Your little distinction argument doesn't mean that much really.

If they havent been charged with anything (the vast majority of them havent) then release them back to their home countries.

Release them, claiming that the Obama administration believes their detention was illegal, they were mistreated, etc. People will believe this.

    Then they go back home.

Then they rejoin their terrorist buddies.

Then the drones follow the tracking devices we secretly implanted and blow them and all their idiot friends into tiny little pieces.

They are enemy combatants captured in the field of war out of uniform. Justly they could've been shot and killed immediately. They are lucky they were captured and not killed. They should remain prisoners of War until the war is over.

I recommend your house then. I have no fear for myself. I am not an innocent human. Honor and justice, even for those who know no such thing, is a fine sentiment. If he was still with us, I'd explain that to the little boy that got blown up at the finish line in Boston.
