And to this date NOT ONE person has answered to the affirmative. So the question is, now that the deadline has passed, how many DPers have signed up AND PAID FOR an Obamacare plan?
As a veteran I am exempt from having to sign up.

    I have private insurance.

Co-pays, deductibles, and max out-of-pocket is the same.

Premiums went up slightly but not as much as in years past.

You don't "sign up for Obamacare," you buy an insurance plan. I have an Anthem group plan through my employer--it meets the standards established by the ACA, so does that mean I have an "Obamacare plan"?

Or are you just asking who found a (private) plan using one of the new marketplaces?

Very, very unlikely. Are you asserting that it already covered dependent children until age 26, had no annual/lifetime caps, covered all "no out of pocket" preventive services (on the PPACA list) and the employer's premium rate did not change?

I think the bolded is what he is asking.

Since having the insurance has become important (I could rant forever on what the ACA did not fix, but I won't bore you ) I would definitely be keeping my eye out for a position that offers the medical coverage.

My brother, also in the medical field, will be losing his insurance, so is shopping for coverage also. He may have to ride temporarily on his wife's coverage, but that is grossly expensive since the company she works for doesn't pay anything for anyone other than the employee themselves.

Then he is not asking that question correctly. Asking "who bought an iPhone?" is not the same as asking "who bought an iPhone from Radio Shack?". The only person that "needs" to use the state/federal PPACA exchange is one that wants a subsidy, anyone else can simply shop the old fashioned (and secure) way.

Not the first part (originally)...but that was implemented a couple of years ago. As for the rest of it...yes...it easily meets anything required of the ACA.

Not unlikely at all. My plan doesn't seem to have changed at all, although my premiums increased a staggering $3 per month.

Most employer based insurance is, and will be unaffected, except for the benefits we all will receive in cost reductions thru ACOs.
Many Trump supporters have lots of problems, and those deplorables are bringing those problems to us. They’re racists. They’re misogynists. They’re islamophobic. They're xenophobes and homophobes. And some, I assume, are good people.

Probably depends on how loose a definition of "already" you're using. Most of those changes went into effect at the end of 2010 for plans that didn't have them prior to that.
