It is free speech but nothing says you have to like it and it is a privately owned company. You can say what you want but if you get punched in the face for it, it is not my problem.

I don't personally feel what consenting adults do in the privacy of their home is my business, anymore than mine is theirs. I personally don't judge others lifestyle or sexual orientation. If someone wants to share their opinion on what the bible says or others do I might listen but I won't necessarily agree.

Pedophilia is a completely different subject and prohibited by law. Minors don't fall into adult categories.

My point was that the sexual attraction is not the sin, but the sexual act is. Where that sexual act is committed is of no importance at all.

If I don't see it didn't happen. I don't particular care for hearing or seeing people talk about their sex lives or even public displays of affection beyond, hand holding, hugs or short kisses.

I've known some pretty randy heterosexuals that aren't doing it biblically correct....lol

Let's face it even Phil has probably done things he doesn't want the public to see.

The federal government had nothing to do with his suspension. Therefore your argument is irrelevant.

I said A&E can take any action that his employment contract allows them to. Presumably there's a clause in there that allows for his being suspended in this type of circumstance. And if there isn't I'm assuming his lawyers are working on fixing it right now.

Its a contractual and state law issue.

it doesnt matter. A&E reserves the right to do discipline their employees for conduct they deem inappropriate. You can't just go around claiming freedom of speech where it isn't applicable. If he was a government employee that did this and was fire, then yes, I would be all in favor of him getting his job back, etc. But that is clearly not the case.
